Liam Higgins

Born and raised in Dingle. I've spent many years abroad living in Australia, the Uk and the USA. I then lived in Dublin for nearly ten years before moving home to my beloved West Kerry in 2019 where I now work as a National Tour Guide and as a Photographer with a keen interest in Weddings and local community projects.

Growing up in Kerry gives most of us a natural affinity for Gaelic football and socialising and I’m no different. So I’ve worked a few jobs as I journeyed the globe, including 9 years in Sports TV in Dublin. So I feel very fortunate being able to capture some of Ireland’s beauty through a camera or showing these glorious areas to visitors for the first time.

Tour Guide

I offer a fun and informative tour of our historical country introducing my clients to an Ireland that is both scenically breathtaking and socially stimulating. I have a love for the entire West coast of Ireland (the Wild Atlantic Way) as well as the North Causeway coast and the south-east (Wexford, Kilkenny and Waterford) of Ireland too.

Wedding Photography

I shoot as I communicate which is in a jovial nature. Weddings are days to cherish and enjoy and that is what I try to capture in the interactions of people. Over 10 years camera experience has thought me that being sensitive to the wishes of the client are vital so a good ear is as important as a good eye.

Involved in the community.

I have a grá for the Arts, mainly music and cinema. I’m on the committee of the Phoenix project to save our local cinema in Dingle town.
